Community Safety

Anonymous questions still need real safeguards.

Rejoin Community starts with reviewed intake because remarriage questions can include family pressure, children, privacy, finances, grief, and safety. The goal is care, not virality.

    Anonymous display

Anonymous to members does not mean anonymous to Rejoin. Rejoin needs account or contact accountability to prevent abuse, review reports, and protect the space.

    Private details

Questions should not include phone numbers, social handles, child-identifying details, case numbers, documents, private screenshots, addresses, or workplace details.

    Not crisis support

Community is not a crisis support service. If someone may be in immediate danger, they should use local emergency services or qualified crisis support.

    Review outcomes

Some questions need a safer route than community.

Answer privately if the question is too personal for a public page.

Rewrite as a composite question if the theme can help many people.

Close or redirect questions asking for legal, therapy, financial, medical, or crisis guidance.

Limit access when someone uses anonymity for abuse, spam, manipulation, or contact pressure.

    Boundary

Community is not a replacement for qualified help.

Rejoin can moderate community questions, close unsafe topics, and point people toward support paths. Rejoin Community does not provide therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, emergency response, or personal safety planning.

If someone feels threatened, coerced, stalked, blackmailed, or at risk of self-harm, the safer route is trusted local support, appropriate authorities, or qualified professional help.
