These Terms govern your access to Rejoin Matrimony's website, profile request form, and future app experience. By using the website or submitting a profile request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The profile request form is a lead/profile request. It does not create an approved user profile, account, entitlement, recommendation, match, or conversation.

Rejoin is currently focused on divorced, separated, divorce-in-process, and widowed adults seeking serious remarriage conversations.

Never-married or single users outside this focus should not submit a matching profile in the MVP. You are responsible for making an accurate self-declaration.

Access is reviewed. Submitted details may be reviewed by the Rejoin team to understand eligibility, profile readiness, inventory fit, and suitable next steps.

Profile approval, recommendation visibility, verification, interests, and conversations happen later through the secured product/admin flow. Rejoin may limit, defer, reject, or pause access for trust, safety, profile quality, operational capacity, or policy reasons.

Rejoin uses a curated model. There is no entitlement to a public directory, manual profile browsing, swipe feed, or open profile search.

Rejoin does not guarantee approval, verification, recommendations, replies, compatibility, marriage, relationship success, or any specific outcome.

Free, Plus, Premium, and Concierge may be shown as plan positioning. Payment collection is not active during the current access phase.

The website must not ask for billing details or complete paid plan activation. Future billing, refund, cancellation, tax, and consumer-protection terms must be separately approved before billing goes live.

Details submitted through the profile request form may be used to review your request, prepare profile context, contact you about access, understand future match inventory, and suggest suitable next steps.

You can request correction or deletion of submitted details by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, legal, or operational reasons.

Do not upload or share legal documents through the website profile request form. If verification is needed later, Rejoin will guide you through a secure process inside the product/admin flow.

Verification remains separate from profile approval and does not guarantee approval, recommendations, or any outcome.

You agree not to submit misleading information, impersonate another person, harass or pressure others, run scams, share abusive content, or attempt unauthorized access to Rejoin systems.

Rejoin may remove visibility, restrict access, suspend accounts, close matches, or take support/admin action where needed for safety and trust.
